RV Registration


RV camping is available for $15.00 per night, per space. Cost is $10.00 if rented with a contract event. Water and electricity are available in most spaces. (No water during the winter months).

Palouse Empire Fair Regulations
  • RVs may be brought to the grounds as early as Monday (Labor Day) after 5 p.m. and must remain through 5 p.m. Sunday.
  • Camping is available in assigned areas only. Anyone camping in other than their assigned area will be asked to remove their RV from the grounds.
  • Camping fee is $60.00 per unit with 80 units with power & water in the Main RV/Ousley Park. Dry camping is $35.00. All spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Campers without EVENING ADULT SUPERVISION will be excluded from the grounds.
  • Campers must respect the rights of neighboring campers while staying at the fair. Campers found to be disruptive, making loud noises, etc will be asked to leave the grounds and forfeit the camping fee.
  • For safety reasons, no moving vehicles are allowed in the RV Park daily from 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Due to limited space and state fire codes, ADDITIONAL FAMILY VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT. This rule will be enforced. Fire lanes between the rows of camping units must remain open at all times for emergency access and fire protection.
  • Electrical service is limited. Use plug-in cords in your assigned campsite only. Please limit use of air conditioning units unless generator operated. Do not operate generators after 10:00 p.m.
  • Tent campers do not require electrical service and will be assigned to dry camp areas at a fee of $35.00. One small accessory tent may be set up in conjunction with a reserved camper/trailer space only with advance approval of the Fair Management.
  • The Fair assumes no responsibility for damage or injuries to campers or their property while staying in the RV Park during the Fair.
