How To Enter An Exhibit At The Fair

Entry Day is Tuesday, September 6th from 3 p.m.-9 p.m.

1. Fill out a registration card.
   This assigns you a personal number to be used on all your entries. If you have entered within the last two years, you can view your registration number here, pick up your registration card and exhibit tags at the fairgrounds on entry day, or stop by the office.


2. Fill out and attach an exhibit tag to each item.
   (Animal entries use applicable forms available here or in the Exhibitors Handbook)
   Use the information under the Exhibitors tab to the left or the Exhibitors Handbook to help determine the department, division, and class you want the item to be judged in. If you're entering a special contest such as the McGregor Photo Contest, be sure to write it on your exhibit tag.


3. Bring your items to the fairgrounds on Entry Day.
   Registration cards and exhibit tags will be available at the Community Building.
   Note: Animals are entered Wednesday before the fair from 1-9 p.m. at the respective barns. Flowers can be entered Wednesday before the fair from 1-9 p.m. or 7-11 a.m. Thursday of fair week in the 4-H Building.
